Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately using a multi-line phone system.
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, faxing, data entry, and billing tasks.

  • Ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with physiotherapy-related software, including Telus, WSIB, and HCAI billing.
  • Experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in operating phone systems and standard office equipment.
