Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this role include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately using a multi-line phone system.
- Providing administrative support, including filing, faxing, data entry, and billing tasks.
- Addressing customer inquiries and offering basic support as needed.
- Ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Familiarity with physiotherapy-related software, including Telus, WSIB, and HCAI billing.
- Experience in a physiotherapy clinic setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
