Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and business analysis to support the development of business solutions

- Work collaboratively on projects with varying roles as developer, technical lead, business analyst, or project coordinator
- Oversee quality, completeness, and maintainability of third-party remote support while ensuring security and best practices
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- University degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with business and systems analysis, design, and development methodologies
- Strong technical background to translate business requirements into a functional technical implementation
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in a variety of systems and technologies, including Microsoft SQL,.NET, SQL SSRS, CSS, REST, SOAP, XML
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, is an asset
- Experience using project management best practices and working within a structured PM environment
- Demonstrated ability to formulate specifications for and to perform coding, testing, and debugging of computer programs, interfaces, and reports
- Excellent communication skills along with a proven ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
- Unionized, salaried support staff position, subject to a 6-month probation period
- Annual salary between $69,201.60 to $72,654.40, depending on experience, based on working 40 hours per week
