Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project progress
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
