The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated MEP Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the capacity to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Leverage experience with relevant infrastructure applications and software.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across multiple disciplines to ensure project flow and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in utilizing JD Edwards, Aconex, and Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of M&E life safety system integration principles.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Canadian building codes and fire suppression systems.
  • Have experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of engineering and construction concepts and practices.
  • The ability to work on-site for the duration of the project.
  • Physical capability to navigate construction sites in various conditions.
