About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Principal to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our Delivery Leadership practice, you will be responsible for leading complex client engagements, delivering innovative solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with project deliverables.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, including expanding projects, responding to RFPs, and executing Statements of Work.
  • Coach and mentor team members, growing expertise and delivery excellence.
  • Manage project operations, including timelines, resources, scope, budget, risks, and communication.
  • Work in an Agile framework, driving scrum teams to develop new product features iteratively.
  • Oversee project financial and operational health, including forecasting and staffing.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and proactively contribute to vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with 8+ years in senior project/program management roles.
  • Expertise in managing all phases of Software Development and non-technology project lifecycles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and rigorous project management approaches.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in mentoring and teaching others.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and relationships across multiple clients.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication in French and English (oral and written).
