Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and ensure that customers with food allergies or intolerances receive suitable products.
As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to operate machinery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
