Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Mirchi Tandoor. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian, East Indian, and International cuisine.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Reliability and teamwork skills essential.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. We offer a permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
