Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian, East Indian, and International cuisine.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
