Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office manager and clinic director, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Supply Management: Monitor and order office and clinic supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Photocopier/Fax Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and repair of photocopiers and faxes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: In-person and telephonic customer service experience, ideally from a medical clinic setting.
- Medical Terminology: Understanding of medical terminology is an asset.
- Health-Related Educational Background: Health-related educational background is preferred.
