Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deliveries from our warehouse to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with counter staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and accessories to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain daily vehicle logs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, as well as picking and stocking auto parts, when not driving.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering efficient and friendly service.
- Verify parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice to maintain order integrity.
- Assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Fundamental computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
- Functional literacy and ability to recognize part numbers and line codes.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demands.
- Previous auto parts delivery experience is an asset, but we will provide training.
- Ability to wear safety footwear at all times.
