Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries from the store to the customer
  • Receive and maintain inventory
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status
  • Work with counter staff to ensure seamless customer service for the customer
  • Drive company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintain daily vehicle logs
  • Help with shipping/receiving and picking/stocking auto parts, when not driving
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers by delivering efficient and friendly service
  • Maintain order integrity by verifying parts being delivered are accurately captured on the invoice
  • Help with shipping/receiving when needed

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Driver's license and safe driving record
  • Fundamental computer skills an asset
  • Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
  • Passion for automotive industry
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work overtime to meet customer demands
  • Previous auto parts delivery experience an asset, but will train
  • Must wear safety footwear at all times
