About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Delivery and Merchandising Specialist to join our Winnipeg Distribution Team 3. This role involves delivering pre-ordered products to assigned customer locations within the Winnipeg area.

Responsibilities

  • Execute deliveries of beverages to customers along your designated route, ensuring accurate product handling and secure loading.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
  • Perform merchandising tasks within customer locations, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
  • Physically handle product loads, which may require lifting up to 50lbs (22kgs) and maneuvering equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Collect company property and maintain accurate records of deliveries and merchandise placements.

Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with Air Brakes endorsement (Class 1 or AZ) with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within a delivery environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive lifting and carrying tasks.
