Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Realstar Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and staff to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Review invoices for payment to contractors.
Requirements:
  • Strong maintenance skills and knowledge of residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and push heavy objects.
