About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at BHOME. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent damage.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
Work Environment

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, and may be required to work in various locations. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Conditions: This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team environment.
