Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Gandhi Electrical Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
