Job Summary

The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in providing strategic HR guidance to business leaders and employees. This position is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive employee engagement, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders and employees to drive business results
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and performance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and business leaders

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
  • Bachelor's Degree or Human Resources Certificate (CPHR preferred)
  • 3+ years' recruitment experience with demonstrated ability
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize work based on business demands
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter who is flexible and able to take initiative
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
