Equipment Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Service Support Clerk to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As an Equipment Service Support Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Equipment team, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and book inspections, servicing, and installations of automotive lifts
- Utilize Lordco's ERP system, Autoparts, and Lunati web app to manage equipment and services
- Support the installation team with quotes for repairs on deficiencies from inspections, part inquiries, and calls from the service team, sales team, and customers
- Provide overall administrative support for the Equipment team
- Ensure installations, repairs, and inspections are confirmed with the customer within 72 hours of service time, rescheduling if necessary
- Create POs in Autoparts and send to vendors, follow up with ETAs
- Work with Shipper/Receiver to segregate product for jobs and receive into Autoparts
- Invoice customers for repairs, services, installations, and inspections
- Answer phones and emails, qualify the request, and direct to the appropriate team member
- Keep current with product knowledge
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Familiarity with automotive shop equipment, hydraulic lifts
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Mathematically inclined
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, attentive to ensure regulations are followed and enforced
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a member of the team and be flexible in understanding a variety of duties that contribute to the success of the organization
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
