Position Summary
As a key member of our analytics team, you will leverage large-scale datasets to drive insights and support decision-making processes. Your expertise in data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence will be crucial in enhancing our operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for analytics initiatives.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive BI data models that are flexible to evolving business needs.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure accurate data flow into our analytics platforms.
  • Support the administration of BI tools and databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assessments and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Create engaging dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
