About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our restaurant. This involves leading a team of department managers to achieve targets and ensuring the restaurant meets high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and achieve sales growth targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and develop a team of department managers to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Implement and maintain effective operational systems and processes
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fast food or retail management
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
