About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming Hospitality Host/Hostess to join our team at Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a prompt and friendly service.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and respond to guest inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote menu items and increase sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
