Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at RCSPL CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3-4 customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop customer service representatives to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer service targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
