Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Newrest Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
