Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
