Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and driving revenue through traditional, digital, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive consumer awareness and preference
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective integration of marketing efforts
  • Manage and analyze key reports to measure campaign success and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to maximize hotel revenue production and identify digital marketing opportunities
  • Manage internal and external communication, digital presence, and brand integrity

Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related major and 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
