We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting various HR programs and processes, providing first-level analysis to resolve business issues, and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Responsibilities:- Supporting HR programs and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Providing first-level analysis to resolve business issues and escalating processing or operational issues where necessary
- Processing various transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines/procedures
- Providing optimal employee and partner service, including guidance and advice on programs and procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
