About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that workers are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
