About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Fas Gas Plus. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our convenience store and gas station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and gas station attendants to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth operation of the store.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of merchandise, including food, beverages, and fuel, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Merchandise Ordering: Place orders for merchandise and supplies to maintain a well-stocked store and meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Establish and manage work schedules, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash and credit transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
