Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Merchandise Ordering: Order merchandise and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Cash Management: Manage cash handling and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and security.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
