Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
