About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members.
    • Hire, train, and develop the skills of our team members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, implementing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of gas station operations.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30-45 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
