Sirius Personnel is a leading placement and headhunting agency specializing in sales and marketing professionals in Canada.
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling cloud-based software solutions to corporate legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management: Meet and/or exceed sales quotas, call on existing clients to uncover needs for additional services and products, and identify target accounts within your territory.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, as set out by your manager, and position company products and services to meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, update CRM (Salesforce) regularly, and maintain company-set KPIs.
- Forecasting and Planning: Forecast sales, monthly, and develop a territory plan to achieve sales goals.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role with a track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of territory planning and forecasting, and ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Education: University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Travel: Approximately 15 nights per year.
- Competitive Salary: Base $80,000-$100,000.
- Commissions and Bonuses: Uncapped commissions with a potential of $64,000 at 100%.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, pension plan with contribution, laptop, cell phone, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive plan, and resources for mental, physical, and financial well-being.
- Car Allowance: $0.60/km.
- Expense Reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed.
