Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Candidates must provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from an institution outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report demonstrating Canadian equivalency is also required.)
  2. Familiarity with overall manufacturing processes (Battery experience preferred) and a solid understanding of manufacturing business principles.
  3. Experience in executing large-scale projects as a manufacturing engineer or project manager on specialized manufacturing lines.
  4. Proficiency with simulation tools and digital methods, including AutoCAD and Siemens PLM, along with a strong understanding of mechanical design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in engineering.
  2. Experience in launching assembly processes, with a minimum of 2+ years on significant projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of assembly systems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  6. Proficiency in developing scopes of work.
  7. Experience with PFMEA/FMEA/Risk Assessment.
  8. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, TeamCenter, and Aurora.
