We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team at The Distillery Restaurants Corp. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a flawless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit, encourage and motivate the DRC's beliefs and core values
  • Commit to mastering a complete working knowledge of the drinks menu and ingredients
  • Ensure all beverage descriptions, promotions and any other information are clearly communicated to guests and team members
  • Check identification to ensure all guests are of age to consume alcohol
  • Mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Accommodate guest allergies and special requests accordingly
  • Process payments; provide accurate billing and support documents for any Credit Card(s), Gift Card(s), Gift Certificate(s), etc. accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean work station while adhering to food safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines set by the Public Health Department and the Company
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) year's experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Valid Smart Serve certification
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with ease
  • Learning-oriented and insatiable desire to positively impact the experience of our guests
