Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our Canadian Commercial Team at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct business analysis and budget management to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including market access, marketing, and corporate functions, to achieve sales goals
  • Model and promote teamwork and collaboration within the sales force and across the organization
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Working Conditions
  • Extensive travel, including weekends and extended travel when required
  • Possess a valid driver's license
