We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our Canadian Commercial Team at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals
- Conduct business analysis and budget management to optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including market access, marketing, and corporate functions, to achieve sales goals
- Model and promote teamwork and collaboration within the sales force and across the organization
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Extensive travel, including weekends and extended travel when required
- Possess a valid driver's license
