Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Analyst serves as a key authority in the field, demonstrating expertise in technical oversight:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of QA initiatives
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments and technical reviews of insurance professionals
  • Analyze trends, pinpoint performance deficiencies, and identify opportunities for quality enhancement
  • Organize and lead QA Alignment & Calibration sessions, providing QA training and support
  • Develop, revise, and sustain QA evaluation tools and project documentation
  • Design, generate, and present QA performance reports

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Over 10 years of extensive experience in Travel Medical Underwriting or a blend of 5-10 years in Quality Assurance
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or CIP designation, or a comparable mix of education and industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Data Analysis and Trend Evaluation
  • Experience in assessing key quality performance indicators and executing quality management processes
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills to present evaluation insights
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly advantageous
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma statistical analysis methodologies
