Job Summary

The CAA Club Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the development and execution of quality assurance programs. As a subject matter expert, you will possess technical management skills and be responsible for evaluating the quality and technical competence of insurance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the quality and technical competence of insurance professionals through regular assessments and evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Design and deliver quality assurance training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of insurance professionals.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance evaluation forms, guides, and project documents.
  • Prepare and present quality assurance results and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of comprehensive travel medical underwriting experience or a combination of experience in quality assurance.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or CIP designation, or equivalent combination of education and business industry experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office product suite, data analysis, and trending.
  • Experience in analyzing key quality performance metrics and implementing quality procedures and processes.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication skills to present evaluation recommendations to influence and engage others.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma statistical analysis tools.
