Position:
Director of Technology Compliance Management

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Director of Technology Compliance Management is responsible for overseeing the compliance landscape within our technology framework. This role is essential in ensuring that our technology operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies, thereby safeguarding our institution's integrity.

The Technology Compliance Management function is integral to our risk management strategy, focusing on the implementation of a robust compliance framework that adheres to regulatory requirements. This position will support the overall compliance program, ensuring that all technology-related activities are compliant with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of compliance activities related to technology operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of new and updated regulations impacting technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze regulatory changes and assess their implications.
  • Maintain an updated record of regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging regulatory guidelines and requirements in the technology sector.
  • Facilitate the preparation of compliance reports and updates as necessary.
  • Coordinate the management of compliance issues and track their resolution.
  • Provide regular updates on compliance status and regulatory changes to senior management.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing compliance initiatives effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
