Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our RegTech strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Technology, to ensure effective RegTech solutions.
- Design and implement data architecture and solutions to support regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders to stay informed on regulatory developments.
- Manage and mentor a team of RegTech professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- 15+ years of experience in delivering scalable technology solutions in a financial markets environment.
- Experience in data architecture and solutions, with a strong understanding of financial markets processes and systems.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology delivery across multiple asset classes.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams and internal partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive strategy implementation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
