Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago pizza store 094. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for our staff and customers.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, maintaining accurate records to inform business decisions.
