Key Responsibilities:- Manage key client accounts and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop and approve project briefs, providing guidance and direction to project teams.
- Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency setting or professional services.
- Proven track record in the management and delivery of successful client portfolio projects.
- Proficient in digital best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French desirable.
