Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing initiatives of YMM Restaurant Supplies. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze consumer data to understand buying habits and preferences.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients regarding advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries both in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize special publicity events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Public Opinion Research: Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes towards our products.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain relationships with media outlets to promote our offerings.
  • Educational Programs: Prepare and deliver informative sessions and materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts related to sports, literary, and performance engagements.
  • Analytical Studies: Conduct marketing studies to assess market trends and customer preferences.
  • Marketing Portfolio Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Customer Experience Evaluation: Assess customer service and store environments to enhance satisfaction.
  • Online Marketing: Manage online marketing initiatives, including E-commerce and website promotions.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
