About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Waymaker Creative Services Inc. as a Brand Development Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies

Design and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.

Manage Marketing Campaigns

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.

Lead Brand Development

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Measure and Analyze Performance

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a brand development or marketing strategy role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
