Operations Manager - Food and Beverage Service

Pizza Pizza (Huntsville) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Manage finances and budget
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Direct and advise staff on service quality assessment strategies
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of employment
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Food and beverage industry experience
  • Operations management experience
  • Attention to detail
