Job Title: Director of Multifamily Sales

Trail Appliances Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Multifamily Sales to lead our Multifamily Sales division to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, ensuring unparalleled customer service, and strategically identifying opportunities within the Multi-Family and Apartment Replacement business channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Multifamily Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, purchasing, and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
