Restaurant Operations Manager

Bao Sandwich Bar is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and monitor revenues and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, address complaints and concerns, and provide feedback to staff.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with suppliers and clients, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
