We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at District School Board Ontario North East. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative assistance to our Central Region offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our Central Region offices, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including teachers, principals, and community members.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
