Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 1 to 2 people to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
Work Conditions:
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
