City Manager Wanted for Flyering Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized City Manager to join our team at Oppizi. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for managing flyering operations in Windsor and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure they are performing up to standards and providing support to help them improve their performance.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including drafting weekly rosters for Brand Ambassadors and analyzing distribution data to determine the most effective deployment of the team.
  • Map the city and identify the best locations for flyering distribution.
  • Manage campaign materials, including flyers, uniforms, and briefs, through the use of the Oppizi platform and storage facility.
  • Ensure that operations are running as per our standards and report daily to our dedicated Ops team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations job role, with on-site management experience being a requirement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the city, having lived here for at least 6+ years.
  • A car is a must, with $50/week reimbursed for gas upon receipt.
  • Strong experience in Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skills and team management.
  • A functional phone with good battery stamina for app usage.
  • A laptop for use in training, weekly meetings, and planning sessions.
