Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Asset Management: Assess fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Journal Entries: Accurately post journal entries.
  • Reporting: Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and reconcile accounts.
  • Statement Preparation: Prepare T4 statements and other necessary documents.
