- Asset Management: Assess fixed assets and their depreciation.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Journal Entries: Accurately post journal entries.
- Reporting: Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and reconcile accounts.
- Statement Preparation: Prepare T4 statements and other necessary documents.
The candidate should be proficient in:
- Accounting software
- MS Excel

- QuickBooks
Possession of a personal vehicle is required for this position.
