About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our PepsiCo Beverages team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Sell and execute national and local promotions to drive sales and increase product distribution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, creating and maintaining goodwill with all customers.
  • Effectively order and manage inventory to eliminate out-of-stocks and out-of-date product.
  • Utilize point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with PBC delivery and merchandising departments to ensure effective service and support.
  • Execute sales plans through selling, merchandising, and building exciting displays to stimulate sales in an assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of selling experience, an asset.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products.
  • Overnights may be required to relieve out of town routes.
